To Register a full League, fill out the League Registration Form below.  Notify the Commissioner's Office (Commissioner@CFFL.com) of the Team Names and Owners (including email contact address, if you wish these posted on the league home page).  Your League will be assigned a private address, which will be forwarded to the principal Owner (designated the "League Contact") once the site is updated.

Registrations must contain All of the following information to allow for processing. Any incomplete Form may not be processed.**) A.  League Type Use Default Rules and Scoring system Use our League-specific Scoring and Rules (Please send details of Rules and Scoring to Commissioner's Office, at least two weeks prior to start of league.) E-mail                  ( for League Contact) Repeat Password        (for verification) Thanks for finishing Part I ; hit 'Submit' button and then 'Return to Form' on your confirmation page to complete Part II, below.   II.   Franchise Fee Process Option 1:  Franchise fee for League (full season, $290.00) can be paid by check by mailing to: CFFL.com  PO Box 284 Lake View NY 14085-0284 If paying by Check, Go here for a Registration Form to print out and send in with your Franchise fee.  A receipt for amount paid will be returned to the address you provide.  You will also be registered to win one of the 2003 Season Franchise Prizes!     Option 2:  Franchise fee can be paid by credit card, through PayPal* secure site, by hitting the "PayPal" button below.   [If you have negotiated a special price for your league, due to size or specifications, see below for Registration procedures] League Purchasers:  Please NOTE -- If you have arranged a Special Price for your League, click the Credit Card symbols below. If League amount is not automatically entered, please enter the agreed upon price for the League (Use $290.00 as default price if you do not recall agreed upon proce; refund or follow up request for Franchise moneys will be sent after League is Registered.)
