New Owners can Draft a New team (in the next Draft following their Registration), or pick
up an un-owned team from an existing Division (select a ready- made team that
is not yet owned; the Roster can be modified through Free Agents-- non-drafted or Waived
players-- and Trades with other teams' Coaches.)

(list-based) Draft
Team Owners submit a Draft
List prior to the Draft following their registration date. The
Draft List designates those Players they wish to draw their Opening Day Roster from. The
Draft List includes a Player Ranking, by position, reflecting the relative value
you place on
each Player. The CFFL processes the Draft of each Division, utilizing
the Draft Lists of all Teams registered for that Division. (Note: New Owners who choose to
enter a ready-made (and not yet Owned) Team from an established Division do not need to
submit a Draft List to The CFFL.)
Owners who are prepared to enter their Ranked List of
Players at each Position click Draft List and complete your
Draft Form.
Owners who wish to Update their Draft List prior to the
start of the scheduled Draft can submit an updated Draft List (resubmit Draft
List, with changes). Once received, this Updated
Draft List will replace the previously submitted Draft List in The CFFL computer.
The Draft is conducted by The CFFL
Commissioner's Office, via
the process detailed in the Rule Book.
Rosters will be posted as soon as processed by The
CFFL.
