Registration Form

To better serve customers of CFFL.com Fantasy Sports, Credit Card payment and electronic checking options are included for Registration.  The Registration process is completed in two (2) parts: I)  Register Team Information  II) Submit Payment Information   Team Information Registration Form is completed first.  Once submitted, click "Return" to complete Payment information Form.  By submitting Team Information) you agree to the terms and conditions of CFFL league play, as outlined in Rule Book
