To Register a full League, fill out the League Registration Form below.  Notify the Commissioner's Office (Commissioner@CFFL.com) of the Team Names and Owners (including email contact address, if you wish these posted on the league home page).  Your League will be assigned a private address, which will be forwarded to the principal Owner (designated the "League Contact") once the site is updated.   To better serve customers of CFFL.com Fantasy Sports, Credit Card payment and checking options are included for Registration.   The Registration process is completed by submitting the two [2] Forms below (parts I and II).   [Please read the entire Registration page information, including credit card and check processing information below, before completing form.]

Option 1:  Franchise fee for League (March Madness, $69; full season, $290.00) can be paid by check by mailing to: [make payable to:] "D Jack" mail to: D Jack CFFL/Claddaugh Group  196 Vicksburg Tonawanda, NY 14150 If paying by Check, Go here for a Registration Form to print out and send in with your Franchise fee.  A receipt for amount paid will be returned to the address you provide.  You will also be registered to win one of the 2004 Season Franchise Prizes!     Option 2:  Franchise fee can be paid by credit card, through PayPal* secure site.  Register a Standard League (12 teams, $290) by hitting the button below: PayPal acceptsfor your convenience If League amount is not automatically entered, please enter "$249.00" for amount of League (unless alternate League fee has been negotiated with Commissioner's Office).
