EXPERTS LEAGUE

ROUND THIRTEEN

13.01 Todd (MrSports.com/Skyhawk Sports)

QB: RB:    WR:
TE: K: D: Southern Cal
GM's Analysis:  The Trojans rank in the top 15 of my power rankings in all 3 defense positions (D-line, linebacker, defensive backs) They will be a nice compliment to Ohio State on my squad, and I can rotate with whomever has an easier game.

13.02  RedEyeSports (Josh)

QB:  Anderson, Oregon St RB:   WR:
TE: K: D:
GM's Analysis: Still had a ton of options here...several quality RB/WR candidates, and at this point Def/PK are in the dime a dozen-play the match up phase. So I will go back with a QB only because my first two QBs have somewhat difficult match ups week 1. Anderson has many weapons around him. In his first year as the starter, he threw for 3,313 yards and 25 TDs last year... I anticipate at least that this year but with a higher completion % those numbers should go up.

13.03 SCFL/Rotowire (Eric)

QB:   RB:  WR:
TE: K: D: Pittsburgh
GM's Analysis:   The Panthers play Ball State and Rutgers on Virginia Tech's (my other defense) bye weeks. Enough said.

13.04 NationalChamps.net (Tim)

QB: Bramlet-Wyoming RB: WR:
TE: K:  D:
GM's Analysis:

13.05 College and Pro Football Newsweekly (Vic/Steve)

QB: RB:  WR:  Terry, Kansas State
TE: K: D:
GM's Analysis: Gotta love the sneak peek he gave on Saturday night against Cal. He may never play for us, but if they're looking to let Ell Roberson throw some more, Terry's the guy he'll be looking for.

13.06 CollegeFootballNews.com (Pete)

QB:   RB:  Clemens, Miami WR:
TE: K: D:
GM's Analysis:

13.07 FantasyAsylum.com (Brian/Don)

QB:   RB:  WR:  Hamilton, Clem
TE: K: D:
GM's Analysis:  At this point, filling depth is all about getting guys that help out at a particular time. Hamilton's schedule works for me and he's capable of having a big game or two when I'd need him to play.

13.08  CFFL.com (Mark/C.)

QB:   RB:    WR:
TE: Utecht, Minnesota K: D:
GM's Analysis: We had another player slotted in here, but he went earlier in the Round.  There are two players tied for next best on our board at that position, so we're gambling that one of them will be there in the 14th when our turn comes around again.  For now, BPA is Utecht, and we wanted to take this time to solidify the TE spot.

13.09 FFWarroom (John)

QB:   RB:  Booker, FSU  WR:
TE: K: D:
GM's Analysis: I really don't have any needs on my team except kicker, so I figure I might as well grab a player who could break out this year. Booker's got incredible potential. He'll get some touches, and if Greg Jones can't shake the injury bug, could put up pretty respectable numbers.

13.10  FantasyGMs (John)

QB:    RB: Houston, Tennessee WR:
TE: K: D:
GM's Analysis: I could use more depth at running back, and felt that Houston had the potential to put together a nice season. Will have to fight off Davis and Riggs for carries, but if he can hold on to the starting job and stay healthy, the thinking here is that he'll steal some of Davis' 10 TDs from last season.
